USA Karate Academy the sister “Black Belt” karate school at Final Results Fitness. 

The goal for each student is to help them earn their Black Belt both in Martial Arts and in life. 

Our Black Belt success system teaches students to set high but achievable goals, and train hard to reach them.  This journey develops the self discipline and dedication necessary to overcome obstacles and become successful in everything they do.  It develops self esteem, integrity, courtesy and strengthens both mind and body.

USA Karate Academy accepts students from 4 years old (rangers) through our adult classes.

 

 

Mixed Martial Arts Classes!

Mixed Martial Arts classes (MMA) combine the most practical elements of Karate, Judo, Boxing, Wrestling and Jui Jitsu into a highly effective combat style.

MMA Classes at Final Results Fitness/USA Karate Academy are designed to teach fight skills as well as strengthening and conditioning to prepare for full contact.

Classes will include grappling, throws, locks, chokes and light sparring.  Regular classes will NOT be full contact.  Additional training is available outside of regular class for those wishing to pursue amateur fighter status.

USA Karate Academy Dojo.

Classes are designed for men and women ages 12 through adult.

Non members welcome.  Friends make great fight training partners.

We have several options for participation.  You can sign up for a class, a month, a quarter or a year of classes.

What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese exercise system and a martial art. The literal translation of the name is “Supreme Ultimate Fist”.  Many people associate Tai Chi with the image of a large group of people in a park in China moving slowly in unison through a series of "dance like" movements. This is one aspect of the art, although the complete system encompasses much more than simply performing a series of movements.

Tai Chi training is based on slow, continuous, gentle and flowing movements of the whole body and a calm, focused, and centered state of mind.   Tai Chi is an exercise practiced by millions daily in China, and is gaining
 popularity around the world.



Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan judo in the early 20th century,which was itself developed from a number of schools of Japanese jujutsu in the 19th century.
It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique —most notably by applying joint-locks and choke holds to defeat the other person. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be trained for sport grappling tournaments and mixed martial arts competition .  Sparring and live drilling play a major role in training, and a premium is placed on performance, especially in competition.
